Each individual may operate only one account on crckx. Creating or operating more than one account for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered, all associated accounts will be closed and any pending winnings may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. crckx reserves the right to suspend or close accounts created with false information.
2.4 Identity Verification
crckx may carry out an identity verification process in accordance with its anti-fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) policies. As part of this process, a national ID card, passport, or other documents may be requested.

Account Responsibility

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
crckx supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits can be made through the following:

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required in cases of identity verification or unusual activity.
4.3 Same Method for Deposits and Withdrawals
In accordance with anti-money laundering policy, withdrawals will generally be made through the same method used for the original deposit. Exceptions may be considered under special circumstances, but will require additional verification.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
crckx offers new players a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to each bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). For example, to withdraw winnings from a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) must be wagered.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses may only be used to play games on the crckx platform.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- crckx reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility on certain games.
- The expiry date of each bonus will be stated with the respective offer.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
5.4 Bonus Cancellation
If crckx determines that a player is abusing the bonus system or engaging in fraudulent activity, crckx reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the associated account.

6.1 Finality of Game Results
All game results on the crckx platform are verifiable and determined using a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Once confirmed, game results are final. crckx may review results under exceptional circumstances caused by technical errors.
6.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules set by crckx.
6.3 Live Casino
